Parliament of Azerbaijan appeals IOC

Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic (Azerbaijan Parliament) has adopted an appeal to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to host the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games. 
An appropriate decision was adopted at the February 1 meeting of Parliament.

Azerbaijan President signs personal data bill into law

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed into law a bill on personal data.
Under the Executive Order, the Cabinet of Ministers must prepare and submit - within two months - to the President proposals on bringing relevant existing legislation in line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On personal data".
