Under the paragraph 32 of the Article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I, hereby, resolve:
1. To establish that the citizens of the states-participants of the Eurovision-2012 Song Contests and persons without citizenship, constantly living in the mentioned states, who arrive in the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with the forthcoming Baku contests, can receive the visa in structural divisions of Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, located in the international airports of the Azerbaijan Republic.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on December 21 issued a Decree on establishment of the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park, to ensure necessary environment for development of industrial production on the base of competitive and innovative high technology, promote and support entrepreneurship and stable development of non-oil sector in the country, to increase occupancy of manpower recourses in production sphere.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev decreed on rise of salaries in the sphere of education.
Under the decree, salaries of the educators financed from the state budget (except higher educational institutions) and defined by Single Tariff Schedule shall be increased by 10 percent averagely since December 1, 2011.
The Cabinet shall solve the questions resulting from this Decree.
